GF/DF/Vegan Cinnamon Bread

The big thing when you can’t use eggs is finding a replacement.. the first thing you’ll want to do is take 3 tbsp of warm water and soak 1 tbsp of chia seeds in a bowl. Do this while you are making the rest of dough.


(Dough)

2 cups gluten free flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons tapioca starch

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup apple sauce

1/4 cup coconut oil melted

chia seeds mixture (or 2 eggs)


(Filling)

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon


Put half batter in well oiled loaf pan, put half the filling on, then put rest of batter on, sprinkle the rest of filling on top of loaf with some melted coconut oil on top


Bake for 40ish minutes at 375
